By accessing, browsing, or using the ut999 platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account held by you on the ut999 Platform.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who holds a registered Account on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances and transactions on the ut999 Platform are denominated.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and, where separately designated, bonus funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive values credited to your Account by ut999 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times that Bonus Funds or a deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be processed.

• "Prohibited Activity" has the meaning given in Section 4 of these Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement. The ut999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. ut999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Accuracy. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. ut999 may suspend or permanently close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.4 One Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. If ut999 identifies that a Player holds more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details — ut999 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated wagers, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

3.5 Self-Excluded Players. If you have previously self-excluded from the Platform or are subject to any active exclusion order, you are not permitted to register a new Account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under different details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ut999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. ut999 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such access arose from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.2 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ut999 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Employing any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with Platform games or the sportsbook in a manner that circumvents the intended player experience.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in Platform games. Winnings obtained through such exploitation may be voided.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ut999 support staff or other users in any way.

4.3 Verification. ut999 may at any time require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or continuing Account activity. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

5.1 Accepted Methods. ut999 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by ut999, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.

5.3 Processing Time. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process. ut999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your ut999 Account are your own legally obtained funds and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may trigger an account review.

5.5 No Deposit Fees. ut999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own service charges or transaction fees independent of ut999.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed identity verification as required under Section 4.3. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Timeframes. ut999 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically received within the following timeframes:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: within 1–3 hours of approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: within 1–5 business days, subject to your issuing bank.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. ut999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) identity verification is incomplete; (b) the Account is under review for Prohibited Activity; (c) outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal would result in a negative real-money Balance.

6.5 Dormant Account Deductions. An Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ut999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳50 to dormant Account balances. You will be notified by email prior to any deduction being applied.

7.1 Game Providers. All casino games available on the ut999 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party Game Providers. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a Game Provider's rules and these Terms, the Game Provider's rules shall apply with respect to that specific game.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All slot, table, and card game outcomes on the Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. ut999 does not manipulate game outcomes. RNG certification is maintained by the relevant Game Provider in accordance with their licensing obligations.

7.3 Sportsbook Rules. Sports betting markets on ut999 are governed by the sportsbook rules displayed at the time of placing a bet. Results are determined based on official outcomes from recognised sports governing bodies including the ICC, BPL, FIFA, and others. ut999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a result has been determined to be corrupted or manipulated by any party.

7.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game, bet, or transaction on the Platform, ut999 reserves the right to void the affected game round or transaction. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a verifiable system malfunction will be deemed void and not payable.

7.5 Disconnection. If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the game server will continue to process the round according to its programmed logic. The result recorded by the game server shall be the final result. ut999 is not liable for losses attributable to your internet disconnection.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses issued by ut999 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion. In addition to those specific terms, the general conditions set out in this Section apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement, as stated in the individual promotion) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Until the Wagering Requirement is met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn.

8.3 Game Contributions. Not all game types contribute equally to Wagering Requirement fulfilment. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:

• Slots (including Keno and Mahjong Ways): 100% contribution.
• Live Casino tables (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack): 10% contribution.
• Sports betting wagers: 100% contribution on selections with odds of 1.50 or greater.
• All other game types: 0% contribution unless stated in the individual promotion.

8.4 Bonus Validity. All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds that remain unused or for which the Wagering Requirement has not been met by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without notice.

8.5 Abuse. ut999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds — and to void associated winnings — where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to lock in a profit regardless of outcome (known as "bonus arbitrage"), or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers contrary to their intent.

9.1 Commitment. ut999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to make deposits or place bets.

11.2 ut999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.3 ut999 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, third-party payment processor delays, or acts of God.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ut999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.

Your privacy matters to ut999. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

ut999 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have consented, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

ut999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
